Presh Terms of Use

Presh is a private social app designed to help people actually spend time together.

Presh is built around existing relationships. It is not a dating app or a service for meeting strangers. You use Presh to connect with people you already know and care about, and to make it easier to share short moments together.

By creating a Presh account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines.

Presh is intended for users aged 16 and older.

Your account must belong to you. You may have more than one account, for example if you use different phone numbers, but you must not share your account with another person.

Presh is intended for real individuals. You may not use Presh as a business, organisation or automated/AI account.

We may remove accounts that have been inactive for a long period of time.

You can create a profile using your name and a profile picture.

You are responsible for making sure that your profile information and profile picture are appropriate and follow these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

You keep ownership of the content you provide to Presh. You give Presh permission to use, store and display your profile information and profile picture as necessary to provide and operate Presh.

Presh does not have a general posting, messaging, image-sharing or content-uploading system.

Presh is designed for connecting with people you already know.

You can send and receive connection requests and choose whether to accept or decline them.

If you choose to give Presh access to your contacts, Presh may use phone numbers from your contacts to help you find people you already know who use Presh. Contact access is optional. More information about how contact information is processed is provided in our Privacy Policy.

You can send a Presh to someone as a short invitation to join you for a conversation.

Breaktime allows you to indicate that you have around 10 minutes free. Presh may then invite people from your connections who may be available to join you for a short conversation.

Presh does not guarantee that another person will accept an invitation, respond or be available.

Presh provides audio conversations only. There is no video.

Presh does not record, save or store the audio content of your conversations.

Users are responsible for how they behave during conversations and must follow these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Presh has no tolerance for abusive or objectionable behaviour.

You must not use Presh to:

• harass, threaten, intimidate or bully another person;
• discriminate against or promote hatred towards another person;
• impersonate another person;
• share someone's private information without permission;
• use Presh for scams, fraud or other unlawful activity;
• send spam or unwanted commercial content; or
• otherwise behave in a way that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Presh is designed for people who know each other, and we expect users to treat each other with respect.

If you experience abusive or objectionable behaviour, you can report it to Presh using the reporting/support option available in the app.

You can also block another user through the app. Blocking prevents that user from accessing you through Presh.

Blocking also notifies Presh so that we can review the situation.

We will review reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour and take appropriate action. Where a report establishes a violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, we may remove the relevant content, restrict the account or remove the user from Presh.

We will act on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours.

Profile pictures must follow these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

If we determine that a profile picture violates our rules, we may ask the user to change it.

If the user does not change it, or if the behaviour is sufficiently serious, we reserve the right to remove the account.

Presh does not record or store your conversations.

Users should respect the privacy of other people and should not record, reproduce or share another person's Presh conversation without their permission or another lawful basis.

We may remove content, restrict access to features, suspend an account or permanently remove an account if a user violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines or applicable law, or if action is necessary to protect users or the service.

We may also remove inactive accounts.

Presh's software, design, branding, name, logos and other material created by Presh belong to Presh or its owner or licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use Presh's intellectual property without permission.

Presh is currently free to use.

We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will clearly communicate the applicable price and terms before charging you.

If continued use of Presh requires you to agree to new paid terms, you will have the opportunity to agree to them. If you do not agree, you may close your account or continue using any free version of Presh that we make available.

Presh is a developing service and features may change over time.

We intend the core Presh experience to remain available, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available.

We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you through the app.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you can close your account.

You can delete your Presh account through the settings in the app.

After your account is deleted, your access to Presh will end and information associated with your account will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Presh and its operator, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
